Mirek Klabal, founder of MK Fine Arts is starting a new venture for the ARC of Greenwich, a charity for families and individuals who need special attention. This organization has been thriving for well over twenty three years and this year Mirek Klabal whose wife, Maryann is on the board of directors, came up with a new and interesting way to benefit and help people in need.

Mirek Klabal was able to sit down with me and reveal some of the interesting facts about his new project. First of all, the event takes place in the Adirondacks at Klabal’s personal cabin. The idea behind this adventurous event came to Mirek Klabal in a dream. He was rolling down a hill with some deer and when they all landed at the bottom of the hill, desirous to do it again, he thought, “Why not start my own plan for the ARC which involves nature, how much more artistic could that be?”

Well, he’s right. With the focal point of the venture based on arts and crafts in the center of the woods, there is also swimming sessions, and baking classes for people who want to spice up their cooking skills.
